Educational Requirements:

∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textiles.

∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Context:
∎ Lintas Bangladesh Co. Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company & diversified business conglomerates in Lingerie Garments, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Senior Merchandiser.
∎ Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The talented we are looking for Lingerie (Bra & Panty) experienced will be primarily responsible for:
∎ Ensure full understanding of buyer's requirements, costing, product development, BOM and T&A Plan, Analyzing sales information and actual CM.
∎ Ensure clear communication with Honkong office, with Planning and Production team, with sample development section and production delivery on time and in full.
∎ Review the development packages received from buyers and put the developments into work with product development team.
∎ To follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments in time.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in Lingerie Garments
∎ Who can speck Mandarin Cantonese language will give preferred
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising in Lingerie Garments.
∎ Please don't apply who has not received experienced from lingerie product
∎ Having experience in Semi /Large Lingerie factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Who can speck Mandarin & Cantonese language will give preferred
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
∎ Having Sound knowledge on computer.
