Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation/ Post graduation in Textile Technology/ Merchandising or any other formal education from any reputed public/ private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to independently correspond and manage foreign customers.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, documents dispatch and payment.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers/suppliers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Have good Knowledge to prepare Time and Action flow chart to maintain the delivery.
∎ Monitor regular booking/delivery of fabric, accessories and other related trims in accordance with shipment schedule and commitment with buyer.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Co ordinate with product development and all the related team to get ready the sample for buyer.
∎ Make plan and coordinate with the factories all the production stages from sample approvals to shipment.
∎ Capable to handle several numbers of orders / styles at a time of different buyers from inquiry up to shipment.
∎ Keeping strong follow up with Planning, Production & Shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have well experience in overseas business meeting with clients are preferable.
∎ Experience in INDITEX production will be considered as additional quality.
∎ In-depth knowledge on RMG & Textile market, specially in Knit & Sweater
∎ Should have strong negotiation skill to deal costing and claims
∎ Must be self-motivated, hard working person who can work under tremendous pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communications skills (oral & writing) in English
∎ Sound knowledge in in E-mail, internet, Ms Word & Excel is must.
∎ Experience in ERP software would consider as additional quality
