Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks and negotiate/purchase.
∎ Ensure all commercial activities LC/PO, L/C amendment, Sales contract, and all commercial export documents are ready accordingly.
∎ Maintain communication with all necessary businesses, including trade associations, banks, shipping companies, C & F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, the VAT department, the manufacturing department, etc.
∎ Handle the buyer payment side, communicate with the Bank for payment issues, and ensure fund realisation.
∎ Prepare all kinds of export documents as per LC terms & conditions and buyer's guidelines.
∎ Place booking in the extranet and correspond with buyer import/export dept.
∎ Follow up with the forwarder for vessel schedule. Ensure to hand over goods to the forwarder.
∎ Correspond with buyer, C&F, Transport, and shipping line independently.
∎ Ensure shipment schedule from logistics merchandising.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks to complete the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
∎ Keep all documents, files, and folders archived for future information.
∎ Ensure to provide all data and properly maintain ERP systems and all other automation tools related to job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable of monitoring, supervising and reporting on overall activities of the Commercial, Shipping & Logistics department.
∎ Computer literacy & skills in MS-Office is must.
∎ Should be able to prepare various types of report.
∎ Self - motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Good communication skills in English (Written / Verbal)
