Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all aspects of quality control methods and practices, including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Ensure fabric inspection, in line inspection & final inspection.
∎ Assure Product Quality standard according to buyers’ requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process.
∎ Ensure print, embroidery, wash etc. production standard according to buyers’ requirement.
∎ Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed.
∎ Communicate the production plan to all levels so that targets, processes, and requirements are clear.
∎ Maintain production schedule (T&A) in collaboration with the merchandising department.
∎ Conduct in-house PP meetings and the Pre-analysis of products/Risk analysis for each style.
∎ Conduct all technical audits audits in production facilities regularly.
∎ Monitor and control every procedure in quality flow charts directly or indirectly to ensure 100% defects-free products to the customer.
∎ Check and monitor lab testing as per the standard operating procedure.
∎ Involvement in the sampling stage, taking care of quality aspects of samples and ensuring to send all production samples are to the customers on time.
∎ Check daily reports on productivity, materials, inventory, and reconciliation of individual styles and upload them in ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Quality Assurance in sweater Manufacturing Industry and understand quality standards.
∎ Highly technically sound & capable to handle quality requirements of reputed brand buyers of which some have quality requirements of zero tolerance.
