Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Buying House

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor`s degree in Textile Engineering or MBA/BBA in merchandising.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Buying House

• At least 10 years of experience, preferrable in the buying house business area.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Good knowledge of suppliers (price, quality, capacity & lead-times).

• Practical experience as a Merchandiser and on the technical production side.

• Ability to handle small and big quantities and develop any knit item (Top-Bottom, Girls, Boys, Ladies, Men’s).

• Experience in International Buying House / Trading House and Liaison office will be an added advantage.

We`re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Merchandiser, knit to join our team in Dhaka. If you have a passion for textile engineering and a strong background in knit production, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing regular orders in the buying house and factory.

• Formulating policies for marketing and merchandising.

• Coordinating, supervising, and monitoring subordinates.

• Preparing consumption and costing of sample products.

• Maintaining communication with buyers and suppliers.

• Undertaking all types of sourcing (fabric, accessories, etc.).

• Reviewing cost packages and purchase orders.

• Monitoring delivery status and arranging sample submissions.

• Mobile bill, weekly 2 Holidays, Provident Fund

• Lunch & Snacks Facilities: Full Subsidize

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
