  • Age At least 25 years
  • Experience in International Buying House / Trading House/ Liaison office and fabric sourcing company will be added advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing and technical development.
  • Souring Capability in China, India, Pakistan or other countries.
  • Deep knowledge in woven, knit, non-woven, heavy knit fabrics.
  • Deep knowledge of yarn counts, fabric construction, dyeing processes, and testing standards (ISO/AATCC).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.

We are looking for a dual-expert Fabric Sourcing & Technologist to manage our textile supply chain from concept to bulk production. You will be responsible for discovering innovative, cost-effective fabrics while ensuring they meet strict technical performance, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard reliable textile mills to source on-trend, cost-effective fabrics.

  • Negotiate competitive fabric prices, lead times, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).

  • Evaluate fabric construction, weight, and finishes to anticipate and prevent bulk production failures.

  • Manage lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric testing (shrinkage, pilling, colorfastness) against international standards.

  • Audit mill capabilities and manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery of bulk fabric.

  • Source eco-friendly materials and ensure all fabrics comply with CSR, chemical and environmental regulations.
