Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in export merchandising.

• Strong knowledge of garment execution, consumption calculation, TNA management, and QA processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Commercial awareness and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in export systems and reporting tools.

• Ability to liaise effectively between buyers, production, and internal teams.

Job Summary

Fabrilife is seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser (Export) to manage and oversee all aspects of the export merchandising process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to independently handle accounts while ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the Sampling/Approval process, ensuring quality FIT/PP/Tag/shipment samples are ready for buyers.
• Prepare computer-wise sample forms / QA5 forms and track test reports against FEF requirements.
• Calculate fabric consumption with markers and post-consumption after bulk fabric receipt, coordinating with Sample In-Charge.
• Ensure timely in-house availability of fabric and accessories to meet TNA deadlines.
• Independently handle customer accounts and coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Manage Garment Costing and Pricing, end-to-end garment execution, and T&A tracking.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain buyer quality standards and resolve production or quality issues promptly.
• Analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends to anticipate product needs.
• Forecast sales and profits, manage budgets, and negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and support product innovation initiatives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior management to drive business growth.
