• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control, preferably from a leading buying house or composite factory - All Knit items, woven items (such as shirts, pants, Panjabi & ladies` items) & denim items experience.

• Strong technical understanding of Knit & Woven garments, printing, embroidery, and washing processes.

• Good knowledge of pattern making & production process.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is essential.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.

Fabrilife is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented 𝑄𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑙 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑟 to oversee production quality in our garments manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure every product meets Fabrilife’s standard of excellence—maintaining fabric, fit, finishing, and compliance across all production stages.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 -

• Supervise and control the full production quality process, from sampling to final inspection.

• Monitor fabric approval, inventory, and daily production updates as per Micro-Production Plan

• (MPP).

• Coordinate closely with merchandising, QA, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.

• Verify size sets, measurements, print, embroidery, washing quality, and color accuracy.

• Conduct daily in-line and pre-final inspections following Fabrilife SOPs.

• Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring customer specifications and testing standards are met.

• Guide factory QC teams, ensure proper machine calibration, and uphold process controls.

• Report any deviation, quality risks, or non-compliance to senior QA management.
