∎ Must have the wash knowledge on denim garments and fabric inspection process and procedure
∎ Good knowledge on testing process of reputed Scandinavian/ European buyers
∎ Good track record to handle reputed Scandinavian/ European buyers

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the entire process of denim garment production, from development, bulk production to shipment as per customer quality standard.
∎ Handle end-to-end merchandising process from development, bulk-production to shipment
∎ Manage order specification, costing and liaison with suppliers and foreign Office
∎ Monitor all type of samples approval by the buyer to proceed for bulk production in the factories
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders shipped on time
∎ Maintain day-to-day communication with buyer and manufacturer
∎ Maintain and update ERP and Activity plan (T&A) regularly
∎ Visit factories to ensure the garments produced as per buyer’s requirement
∎ Take every action to ensure on time shipment as per customer quality standard
∎
