∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ At least 12 years of experience in the QA department of a woven/knit/denim/sweater garment factory
∎ At least 3/4 years of experience as QA Supervisor/Manager

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire QA process in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages.
∎ Develop and implement quality SOPs and inspection systems (inline, end-line, AQL, etc.).
∎ Ensure all products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
∎ Monitor inline and final inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
∎ Coordinate with buyers’ QA/Technical teams during audits and inspections.
∎ Supervise and train QA/QC team members to improve quality culture.
∎ Evaluate fabric and trims quality before production.
∎ Handle quality claims, rejections, and provide action plans.
∎ Generate and review QA reports; share insights with management.
∎ Work closely with Production, Merchandising, and technical teams for alignment on quality expectations.
