∎ Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing / Clothing Technology / Marketing or any other relevant Stream.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve relevant pre-defined customer sales and marketing targets of the assigned buyer and plan, coordinate the execution of garment manufacturing including hand-over from development, booking of capacities, etc.
∎ Coordinate effective execution of orders for achievement of the Bulk OTD and Quality objectives.
∎ Ensure sales budgets are achieved and drive the defined KPIs.
∎ Conduct market research and enhance customer base.
∎ Implement appropriate pricing strategies used in line with customer expectations as to secure required business at the most profitable level.
∎ Develop, monitor and maintain development data bases (pricing/fabric) for orders and manage Time & Action plans with customers and internal teams.
∎ Ensure a systematic and process-oriented approach to work whilst being extremely solution-focused

Additional Requirements:
∎ Possess good time management and task prioritizing capabilities
∎ Have effective communication skills and the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
