∎ Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology or Supplies & Materials Management or Business Administration

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the team for achievement of the category management objectives for the assigned categories, including category strategy, sourcing savings, OTIF, quality, global capacity management, etc.
∎ Drive supplier initiatives for the category, including supplier on-boarding, supplier performance management, supplier negotiations & contract, supplier rationalization, risk mitigation, etc.
∎ Liaise with internal SBU/Corporate teams and suppliers for achievement of the category objectives, including process standardization, profitability improvement, SC LRP projects, etc.
∎ Provide MIS and reporting on category related KPIs, supplier performance dashboards, functional projects progress, etc., as per guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience in the Supply Chain function, with strong knowledge of the relevant category, including technical expertise, supplier networks, etc.
