Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To plan and ensure effective on time elevated design and implement women entrepreneurship development initiatives stretching to planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the project activities across the country.
∎ To develop and introduce the right products and services for the women entrepreneurs.
∎ To explore new market linkage avenues for the existing and new entrepreneurs.
∎ To engage women entrepreneurs in different relevant campaigns/gatherings to attract the right internal and external stakeholders.
∎ To initiate different partnership projects for expanding women's entrepreneurship development initiatives across BRAC and beyond.
∎ To monitor and evaluate the field implementation process and share the report with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ This role will be responsible for leading the Women Entrepreneurship Development initiatives like mentorship, market linkages, skill development and access to finance for women entrepreneurs. She/he will manage and coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute entrepreneurship initiatives also.
