Job Responsibilities:
∎ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
∎ Develop and apply an in-depth understanding of procedures and sales tools/systems as well as enterprise market, including industry, marketplace, strategies and trends, competitors and competitive tactics to develop an effective long-term sales strategy and plan.
∎ Introduce strong sales processes, support the development of a full pipeline of sales prospects, engage customers and partners at the executive level, remove barriers and provide recognition in the pursuit and achievement of sales revenue and profitability
∎ Build and maintain an excellent network of executive relationships across industry, community and business groups, and with key partners and customers to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, providing meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow their business through integrated solutions.
∎ Hands-On Leadership and management of the sales, marketing and account management teams, fostering a team-based culture, ensuring positive interactions with other teams
∎ The proactive engagement with the existing and potential customer communities for the effective delivery of agreed budgets and targets for sales, marketing, account management
∎ In agreement with the COO, create and implement sales plans to grow income in target customer segment as per approved budget
∎ Capable to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales target as per approved budget.
∎ Ensure consistent and sustainable growth through efficient management of overall sales operations by providing necessary strategic input, implementing strategic decisions and performing necessary periodic follow-up and evaluation.
∎ Identify and set up channel partners as distributors, sub-distributors, and value-added re-sellers for products/services.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Maintain good contacts in BTRC, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and ICT, Bangladesh Computer Council, Ministry of Commerce, Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms etc.
∎ BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
∎ Lead Project management team to ensure completion of development, UAT and project launch meeting each criteria of relevant stakeholders
∎ Key account manager and SPOC for critical and major accounts of Private and Government sectors to ensure successful delivery of projects, completion of required processes to enable accounts for invoicing activity.
∎ Lead pre-sales support team to ensure delivery of all components necessary leading up to closure of contract.
∎ Work effectively with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure delivery against agreed priorities;
∎ Collaborate with Finance to ensure revenue assurance through on time and accurate invoicing
∎ Continuously communicate with customers and end users to meet their expectation and minimize gap.
∎ Overseeing the change management and annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing customers
∎ Prepare/edit/modify/sign MOU, NDA and master agreement with different client and strategic partners
∎ RFQ/ RFI/ Tender document preparation, submission, follow up
∎ Accountable for managing day to day tender operations and strategic planning & decisions making.
∎ INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Submit monthly operational report to senior management
∎ Submit monthly sales funnel and cash flow reports to senior management
∎ Liaison and build relationship with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper deliverables and expectations
∎ Yearly and Quarterly Budget preparation and finalization, approval, review, analysis and update incorporation in alignment with ongoing business development activities.
∎ Fund and cost management in alignment with COO and CFO as per approved and updated budget.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge about the local ICT industry. Overseas industry knowledge will be considered as added qualification.
∎ Good experience in successfully securing Govt. sector projects will get preference.
∎ Strong software and Hardware knowledge.
∎ Extensive sales operation experience in Government environment.
∎ Strong desire to learn more and willing to develop ambitious career in Software Sales & Marketing.
∎ Operations Building/Improvement - Continuously monitoring & troubleshooting business practices.
∎ Sales Funnel - Building, monitoring and executing sales pipeline.
∎ Visionary Intra personal and Inter personal skill.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills (both in Bangla & English).
∎ Ability to develop and drive a highly motivated team.
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
∎ Good leadership and team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
∎ Ambition to prove capabilities and get to senior management track.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
