Experience:
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in a reputed local FMCG manufacturing company.
Candidates with experience in candy, confectionery, mouth freshener, tobacco/cigarettes, snacks, biscuits, or similar FMCG products will be given preference.
Must have proven experience in distributor management, retail execution, and tong shop coverage.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building nationwide distribution networks.

We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the nationwide sales and distribution of its flagship brand Shahi Mouth Freshener. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, strengthening the distribution network, expanding retail and tong shop coverage, leading the sales team, and achieving business growth across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute nationwide sales and marketing strategies.
Build and expand distributor, dealer, wholesale, retail, and tong shop networks.
Recruit, train, lead, and monitor the sales team.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase product availability and visibility across all trade channels.
Identify and appoint new distributors in potential markets.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
Travel across Bangladesh to monitor market operations and drive business expansion.
