Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Business Development
Identify and develop new corporate, industrial, commercial, government, and institutional customers.
Generate new business opportunities through direct customer visits, networking, and referrals.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.
2. Project Sales
Identify upcoming electrical and construction projects.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP consultants, EPC contractors, electrical contractors, developers, and project owners.
Promote company products in project specifications and approved vendor lists.
Follow projects from specification stage through final order execution.
3. Product Promotion
Promote and sell the company's complete Low Voltage and Wiring Accessories portfolio, including:
MCB, MCCB, ACB
RCCB, RCBO
Isolators & Changeover Switches
Contactors
Thermal Overload Relays
Motor Protection Devices
Push Buttons & Indicator Lights
Distribution Boards
Surge Protection Devices (SPD)
Modular Switches
Sockets
USB Sockets
Fan Regulators
Bell Pushes
Switch Plates & Wiring Accessories
4. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct regular customer visits and technical presentations.
Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate after-sales support.
5. Technical & Commercial Proposal
Prepare technical specifications and product submittals.
Prepare quotations and commercial offers.
Participate in tender documentation and bidding processes.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the technical department for product approvals.
6. Tender & Government Business
Monitor government, semi-government, and private tender opportunities.
Participate in tender submissions.
Coordinate documentation for tender compliance.
Follow up until project award.
7. Market Intelligence
Analyze competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Collect market information and customer feedback.
Identify new market trends and business opportunities.
Recommend sales strategies to improve market share.
8. Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare monthly sales forecasts.
Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Sales Reports.
Maintain CRM/customer database.
Monitor sales pipeline and project status.
9. Collection & Credit Control
Follow up outstanding payments.
Ensure timely collection according to company policy.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding customer payments.
Maintain healthy Accounts Receivable (AR).
10. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure product availability.
Work closely with Technical Support for product selection and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with Finance regarding quotations, invoices, and payment status.
11. Customer Training & Product Awareness
Conduct product demonstrations.
Arrange technical seminars and training sessions.
Educate consultants, contractors, and customers about product applications and advantages.
Promote new products and innovative solutions.
