Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical and solar products, including switches, sockets, low-voltage (LV) items, lighting, and solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving a monthly sales target of BDT 500,000 while expanding the customer base and maintaining strong client relationships.
Achieve or exceed the assigned monthly sales target of BDT 500,000
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
Promote and sell company products, including:
Switches and sockets
LV electrical items (MCB, MCCB, DB boxes, wiring accessories, etc.)
Lighting products (LED lights, panels, street lighting, etc.)
Solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, complete systems)
Identify and acquire new customers (retailers, contractors, builders, industrial clients)
Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks
Conduct regular market visits to increase brand presence and coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans
Plan and execute regular field visits and route schedules
Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions
Ensure timely order collection and coordination with delivery teams
Follow up on payments and ensure collection within agreed credit terms
Maintain accurate records of sales and collections
Submit daily visit reports (DVR), sales reports, and market feedback
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Maintain updated customer database and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and marketing
Ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations
Execute promotional campaigns, offers, and branding activities
Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and local marketing events
Monthly sales target achievement (BDT 500,000 or above)
New customer acquisition and active client base growth
Collection efficiency and low overdue payments
Market coverage and visit frequency
Customer satisfaction and retention
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in electrical, lighting, or solar product sales (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge of electrical and solar products
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
