Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English — written and spoken (mandatory)

  • Strong command of Bangla for internal communication

  • Knowledge of any additional language (Arabic, Spanish, French) is a bonus



Responsibilities & Context:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Partner Acquisition Executive

Betopia Limited is expanding its international sales presence through a partner-led growth model across the US market and beyond. As a Partner Acquisition Executive, you will be the first human voice our potential partners hear after signing up on our website.

Your primary mission is to contact inbound partner leads, build rapport, clearly explain Betopia's partnership programme, handle queries, and convert prospects into active, signed partners. You will work closely with the Partner Success Manager (PSM) team and the International Sales Division.

This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role. Every call you make is a direct contribution to Betopia's global expansion. You will be rewarded for every partner you successfully bring on board.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Do

Lead Contact & Outreach

  • Call inbound partner leads who have signed up via Betopia's website or marketing campaigns

  • Initiate contact within a defined SLA window (target: within 24 hours of sign-up)

  • Conduct structured introductory calls to understand the prospect's background, client base, and market

  • Log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in the Partner Portal / CRM

Partnership Programme Explanation

  • Clearly and confidently explain Betopia's partnership models — White-Label and Co-Branded

  • Walk prospects through the commission structure: 10% (Registered) → 20% (Growth) → 30% (Strategic)

  • Explain the role of the Partner Success Manager and the support partners receive

  • Highlight Betopia's delivery capabilities: 5,000+ engineers, ISO certifications, SLA-backed delivery

  • Address questions about the Partner Portal, onboarding process, and sales enablement kit

Objection Handling & Conversion

  • Listen actively to prospect concerns and handle objections with confidence and clarity

  • Tailor the conversation to the prospect's specific context — tech consultant, agency owner, MSP

  • Follow up consistently with prospects who are interested but not yet ready to sign

  • Guide qualified prospects through the agreement and NDA signing process

  • Hand off signed partners to the PSM team for full onboarding

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate daily call logs, conversion metrics, and pipeline updates

  • Report directly to the International Sales Team Lead / PSM Manager

  • Participate in weekly team reviews to share learnings and refine call scripts

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be measured monthly against the following targets:

  • Calls made per day - 30–50 calls

  • Leads contacted per week - 100+ unique leads

  • Intro call completion rate - 70%+ of assigned leads

  • Follow-up completion - 100% within 48 hours

  • Partners signed per month - 3–5 new signed partners Commission paid per closure

  • CRM update accuracy - 100% same-day logging
