Job Context:

The Cafe and Coffee Training Centre is a premier institute dedicated to producing skilled professionals for the coffee industry. We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and communication-savvy Female Tele-Sales Executive for our branch office. The ideal candidate will handle incoming social media leads, counsel prospective students, and ensure the monthly enrollment target is met.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client inquiries and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Make outbound calls to potential students (leads) to explain course modules, batches, and fee structures.

Counsel and guide prospective students politely to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Meet the monthly milestone of enrolling a minimum of 20 students.

Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-up statuses, and student records.

Provide regular daily/weekly sales reports to the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

Minimum HSC passed.

University students are also encouraged to apply if they can manage full-time office hours.

Experience Requirements:

1 to 2 year(s) of experience in Call Center, Customer Support, or Tele-sales is preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements:

Only females are allowed to apply.

Age 18 to 30 years.

Must have excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and basic English.

Strong proficiency in operating social media platforms, instant messaging, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to handle sales targets and work under professional pressure.

Job Location: Shanir Akhra, Jatrabari, Dhaka.

Salary:

Tk. 12,000 - 15,000 (Monthly)
