Experience Requirements
10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and leading large sales teams.

Job Summary
The Manager – Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth objectives. The role leads the sales team, drives customer acquisition, manages key client relationships, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing sales performance in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Exploration of new sales opportunities and market potential for Shopping Mall & Commercial projects.
Meeting the expectation to be target-oriented, relevant to ongoing & ready Shopping Mall & Commercial sales, and ensuring reaching the sales target.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Creating a relationship with new customers to meet the sales target.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Follow up on the given leads of the customers & bring results.
Making regular and effective visits to public and private offices for marketing and sales promotion.
Active participation with the sales & marketing team and supporting the project visit of prospective clients.
Understand the value of customer relationships and the importance of their satisfaction and sharing the feedback with the team members.
Active contribution to the development of a robust platform for communication with different clients.
Conducting market research and gathering up-to-date data for the marketing strategy or plan to help boost sales.
Tracking sales activities and preparing marketing reports, and providing regular updates to the immediate supervisor.
Response to client`s queries in a professional manner.
Building up negotiation skills on contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals.
