Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • MBA from a reputed university will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales Real Estate.

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the real estate industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Exploration of new sales opportunities and market potential for Shopping Mall & Commercial projects.

  • Meeting the expectation to be target-oriented, relevant to ongoing & ready Shopping Mall & Commercial sales, and ensuring reaching the sales target.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

  • Creating a relationship with new customers to meet the sales target.

  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients for repeat sales.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Follow up on the given leads of the customers & bring results.

  • Making regular and effective visits to public and private offices for marketing and sales promotion.

  • Supporting the marketing campaign management.

  • Active participation with the sales & marketing team and supporting to the project visit of prospective clients.

  • Tracking sales activities, preparing marketing reports, and providing them regularly to the immediate supervisor.

  • professionally handling the client`s queries.
