Responsibilities & Context:
Exploration of new sales opportunities and market potential for land projects
Meeting the expectation to be target oriented, relevant to ongoing & ready plot sales, and ensuring reaching the sales target
Creating a relationship with new customers to meet the sales target
Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients for repeat sales
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Follow up on the given leads of the customers & bring results
Making regular and effective visits to public and private offices for marketing and sales promotion
Active participation with the sales & marketing team and supporting to the project visit of prospective clients
Supporting the marketing campaign management.
Tracking sales activities, preparing marketing reports and providing them regularly to the immediate supervisor.
Professionally handling the client's querie
