Job Context

We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, and highly skilled Marketing Manager with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining marketing strategies to meet our organizational sales objectives, while effectively managing the Sales & Marketing team and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to enhance business growth.

• Team Leading:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales & Marketing team to achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Regularly monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and provide necessary guidance to improve efficiency.

  • Act as the bridge between management and the field team, maintaining a healthy and collaborative work culture.

• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly sales targets.

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and digital channels.

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; negotiate sales deals and close agreements smoothly.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and maintain a good relationship with the Sales & Marketing team.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

• Reporting: Monitor, review, and report on all Sales and Marketing activities and results to management.

• Branding: Develop creative promotional ideas and manage advertising activities.
