Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 38 years
  • 15-20 years of professional experience in marketing or related leadership roles.

  • 3-5+ years in C-suite or top management marketing leadership.

  • Group of companies experience is required.

  • Multi-business/multi-industry marketing experience preferred.

  • CIM, MPM, or other certifications in Marketing, Brand Management, Strategic Marketing, or Leadership will be preferred.

  • Strong strategic marketing and business planning ability.

  • Proven success in brand building, market expansion, and growth marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign analytics, and customer engagement.

  • Ability to manage budgets, ROI, KPIs, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and market insight capability.

  • Visionary, proactive, ethical, and growth-focused mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: Omicon Group of Industries is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and result-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This C-suite role will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, customer acquisition, and market positioning of all business units, including Publishing House, Real Estate, Printing, Technology & Al, and Agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group-wide marketing strategy and brand positioning.

  • Oversee marketing activities across all business units.

  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.

  • Lead market research, customer insight, and competitor analysis.

  • Supervise integrated campaigns for brand growth and customer acquisition.

  • Ensure effective use of digital, offline, PR, events,

  • and performance marketing.

  • Set KPIs, budgets, ROI measures, and reporting standards.

  • Guide marketing teams, agencies, and business units for execution.

  • Work with Sales, Operations, Publications, Technology, and other teams.

  • Present plans, progress, and opportunities to the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements: This is a full-time senior leadership position based at the Group Head Office. The selected candidate must work closely with the Board of Directors, business unit heads, and cross-functional teams. Business visits may be required as needed.
