• Market Intelligence Analysis

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

2. Lead nationwide sales operations and expand market presence across Bangladesh.

3. Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, showroom owners, and key customers.

4. Evaluate and appoint new dealers and distributors based on business potential and strategic fit.

5. Drive channel development, market expansion, and route-to-market excellence.

6. Monitor sales performance, forecasting, pricing, inventory coordination, and commercial compliance.

7. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams while driving a performance-oriented culture.

8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.

9. Ensure effective credit management, collections, and profitable business growth.

10. Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Credit Control, and Customer Service to achieve business objectives.
