Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop annual sales plans and targets for potato, rice, and vegetable seeds.
Identify new markets, distributors, and farmer clusters to expand reach.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Distribution & Channel Management
Appoint, train, and manage distributors and dealers across regions.
Ensure timely supply and availability of seeds during peak seasons.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and credit terms within company policy.
Farmer Engagement & Promotion
Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training sessions.
Build trust and long-term relationships with progressive farmers.
Promote high-yield seed varieties through awareness campaigns.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and motivate regional sales staff to achieve targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training.
Ensure succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to agricultural regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and market intelligence.
