Job Context
Relaxify is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The role involves converting customer inquiries into sales, providing excellent after-sales support, and assisting with client communications for our software business.
Job Responsibility
Respond to customer inquiries received through Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Provide after-sales support and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Conduct online meetings and communicate with clients for our software company when required.
Maintain customer records and update internal systems.
Perform other sales and customer support-related tasks assigned by management.
