Coaching & Mentorship: Implement regular training programs focusing on advanced negotiation, product knowledge, and modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing (for lead generation quality), Product (for customer feedback loops), and Customer Success (to maximize retention and upsell opportunities).
Key Account Involvement: Personally step in to help close high-value, strategic enterprise deals and secure long-term partnerships.
Contract Negotiation: Review and approve major enterprise contracts, ensuring favorable pricing structures and legal compliance.
