We are a leading provider of premium construction solutions, specializing in Polyurethane (PU) Flooring materials, Industrial Flooring, and high-quality Construction Chemicals. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced sales professional to join our Project Sales team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and securing B2B & B2C sales.
Market Penetration: Identify and develop new business opportunities for PU Flooring and Construction Chemicals in industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Client Acquisition: Target and build strong relationships with real estate developers, industrial owners, factory authorities (especially RMG, Pharma, and Food sectors), consultants, architects, and structural engineers.
Project Sales: Conduct regular site visits, understand technical requirements, present product solutions, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical Presentation: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of PU flooring and construction chemical applications to prospective clients.
Tender & Proposals: Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents accurately and professionally.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify potential threats and opportunities.
After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical/application team to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Recovery: Ensure timely collection of bills/receivables from the assigned projects.
