  • Proficiency in both Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Drive sales of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and business partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and industry networking.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion.

  • Lead negotiations, client engagements, and project sales initiatives.

  • Ensure KPI achievement and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
