3-5 years of experience in merchandising (Super Shop / FMCG preferred)

Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper display, visibility, and availability of Mehran & Shahi products in assigned super shops
Maintain shelf share, planogram, and product rotation (FIFO)
Coordinate with store managers for stock replenishment
Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock issues
Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Ensure brand image and merchandising standards are maintained
