Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Director – Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth objectives. The role leads the sales team, drives customer acquisition, manages key client relationships, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing sales performance in the real estate sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead, supervise, and monitor a sales team consisting of 5-10 members.

  • To ensure achievement of monthly sales targets through effective team management.

  • To prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to the management.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize promotional campaigns and conversion rates.

  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market

  • opportunities to identify growth areas.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence reports for management review.

  • Organize site visits, follow up sales leads, conduct customer meetings, and deliver sales presentations.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to improve team productivity.
