Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is a strong plus.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in Modern Trade and Corporate/Institutional Sales.
Proven track record of handling national or regional modern trade accounts (SWAPNO, AGORA, UNIMART ,MEENABAZAR, etc.).
Demonstrated success in building & maintaining relationships with key account managers, purchase heads, and corporate clients.
Experience in negotiating annual contracts, listing products, trade marketing, and promotions in modern trade.
Prior experience leading a sales team is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent knowledge of FMCG trade dynamics, GTM strategies, and channel management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, forecast, and drive sales targets.
