Responsibilities & Context:
Managing PPC Functions of entire Bangladesh production operation of a large Sportswear and Lifestyle Wear manufacturing Company.
Establish proper controlling measures and reporting system for PPC progress follow-up of Materials and to meet delivery schedule.
Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Production, Merchandising, Shipping and other relevant departments.
Establish monitoring tools for daily production progress to ensure to achieve projected productivity and output for on time delivery.
Coordinate with Production and Merchandising, weekly review of order status and capacity situation with Sales and Central Planning & MCD.
Regularly review factory performance and business strategy with top management.
Review and analyze Material Utilization reports to control wastage and to ensure maximize shipment quantity.
