Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control production floor administration.
∎ Check attendance report and production report.
∎ Ensure customer compliance and housekeeping.
∎ Fixed up the target for the production line to meet the delivery date.
∎ Monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems occur.
∎ Check the manpower and overtime and Materials
∎ Ensure quality product as per buyer requirement.
∎ Reduce re-work/ Un-necessary work.
∎ Follow properly utilization of Men, Machine and Materials.
∎ Review production plan and make sure the shipment schedule.
∎ Check the materials situation as per as per plan.
∎ Make forecast production and efficiency.
∎ Adjust existing Manpower.
∎ Review worker performance.
