Experience:
Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university in a relevant field with a satisfactory academic track record.
Five to seven years of relevant work-experience in a reputed Bank / Financial Institution, preferably in Priority Banking / Wealth Management sector.
Good command on Banking Fundamentals, Products & Processes, and related regulatory guidelines.
Expert in Business Analytics, Business Planning & Forecasting.
Good command over retail business dynamics and market intelligence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Assistance: Assist Head of Premium Banking Segment to develop business strategies & ensure business growth of the segment. Be involved in formulating strategies for all products to drive PPC.
Business Development: Plan, organize, and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results.
Portfolio Analysis: Analyze customer portfolio and suggest new ventures for improving profitability and business growth. Develop & maintain appropriate MIS for monitoring business growth.
Portfolio Management: Ensure portfolio integrity. Realign and redistribute portfolio to Premium Banking RMs as per segment policy.
Budgeting, KPI & Target Allocation: Assisting Head of Premium Banking Segment in preparing yearly budget of the segment. Designing KPI for Premium Banking Centres. Distribute grade wise & role wise business targets to Premium Banking Centre teams.
Campaign Management: Design, run & ensure success of periodic campaigns that supplement with business targets.
Process Optimization: Identify streamlining scope in relevant processes and redesigning to ensure efficiency.
Project Management: Successful implementation of Premium Banking projects.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Retail Banking product teams to plan, monitor and execute various initiatives relevant to the Premium Banking Segment. Co-ordination and liaison with various departments / divisions (Marketing, Finance, Credit, Operations, ADC, Product, etc.). Support Centre Managers & Relationship Managers according to their needs.
