∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive performance appraisal process, providing recommendations to management for enhancements.
∎ Design and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate exceptional performance and contributions.
∎ Define and monitor key performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to enhance the effectiveness of the performance management process.
∎ Lead regular performance review and feedback sessions, identifying growth areas and development opportunities for employees.
∎ Create performance improvement plans for underperforming employees, ensuring they receive the necessary support for success.
∎ Analyse performance data to identify trends, providing valuable insights to guide management decision-making.
∎ Foster a culture of open communication and growth by establishing channels for continuous feedback among employees, managers, and peers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Understanding of performance management concepts, principles, and best practices.
∎ Knowledge regarding compensation and benefits, and reward management process.
∎ Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
∎ People Management & Managerial skill
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management is required
