Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters or Bachelors in any discipline from any recognised University/ Institution with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. Applicants having B.Sc (Eng.) in Electrical/ Mechanical will get preference Professional Qualifications: Certified in CBT&A NTVQF level- I & II (RMG) and Level-IV (Trainer & Assessor)

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuous in search of big RMG industries for providing training to them on cost recovery basis and searching for funding opportunities from BKMEA, BGMEA, SEIP by promoting these sites
∎ Ensure to coordinate all training sites meets minimum OSH benchmarks
∎ Coordinate to ensure 100% admission according to seat capacity is ensured across all the RMG training site
∎ Coordinate to ensure 100% Job placement for trainees
∎ Coordinate to ensure excellent level of training been provided in all sites
∎ Coordinate to provide consumable item forecast and training equipment forecast to the management
∎ Coordinate to ensure flawless ATL/BTL activities been carried out in all training sites
∎ Ensure regular training monitoring is done
∎ Continuous research on other competitors and suggest for new equipment/training item to be introduced along with forecast of necessary budgets
∎ Continuous monitoring of the trainers in different training sites and suggest higher management for any customized training needed for them for their performance improvement
∎ Proactively monitor to ensure lessons, lectures, and tutorials using teaching methods and develop CBLM according to CBT&A standard
∎ Facilitate learning by the selection and development of materials and methods appropriate to trainee needs, and course level according to CBT&A standard
∎ Ensure proper coordination to maintain accurate and appropriate records, registers and timetables, and make these available on demand to administration and external agencies
∎ Coordinate among the training sites and ensure monthly Training progress report to higher management
∎ Ensure coordination to establish the agreed policies for Health & Safety, and Equal Opportunities.
∎ Adhere to guidelines of the institute including those relating to Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Initial Student Testing, Learning Difficulties, Disciplinary Procedures and Guidelines for using the Learning Centre
∎ Carry out roles and responsibilities with due diligence, maintain proper management, discipline, accountability and transparency of these cost recovery based RMG projects
∎ Coordinate to make partnership with relevant Industry Associations in order to ensure proper job placement and marketing activities
∎ Coordinate to ensure necessary teaching and learning materials available for all these cost recovery based RMG training sites for theoretical, practical and industrial attachments are developed, used and updated as needed
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in RMG Sector is required. Candidates having experience on HIGG module, Compliance Audit protocols and working experience with Alliance and Accord will get preference
∎ Sound Knowledge of TVET and Education system, National Skills Development Policy, National Education Policy, National Non-Formal Education Policy, national guidelines (e.g. Bangladesh Technical Education Board /BTEB, Industry Skills Council, National Curriculum and Textbook Board, Bureau of Non Formal Education etc.) on TVETHave clear understanding of and expertise in RMG sector
∎ Detailed understanding of issues related to national skills development and TVET sector, training for employment and employability within the country and abroad
∎ Capable for planning and prioritizing under any stress situation
∎ Excellent skills in organising, monitoring, programme administration and management
∎ Demonstrated coordination skill and able to implement programme in a challenging work environment
∎ Excellent report writing and documentation skill
∎ Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
