Responsibilities & Context:
Quazi Enterprises Limited, a leading FMCG manufacturing company, is looking for a technically strong and experienced Senior Manager / Manager (ERP Software Development). The position requires hands-on expertise in ERP software development, implementation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ERP software development projects, including implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
Ensure ERP systems are functioning efficiently and supporting overall business operations.
Conduct meetings with concerned departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Analyze requirements, prioritize tasks, and assign responsibilities to team members accordingly.
Act as a counselor and coach for ERP implementation and system adoption.
Monitor users’ ERP system usage and provide necessary guidance and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP system issues.
Analyze data processing modules and identify areas for enhancement and performance improvement.
Ensure data integrity by developing procedures and reports to identify and resolve issues.
Maintain a structured and systematic approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of development.
Prepare and present ERP-related reports and presentations to management.
Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.
