Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Business from any recognized university with minimum 2nd class.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create content and liaison with the instructional design team for conducting offline workshops and trainings.
∎ Coordinate with the senior leadership, HR leadership and participants to incorporate the training needs of each cohort.
∎ Continually improve the content and conduct of the workshops through the journeys, by incorporating participant feedback
∎ Work with the senior leadership, HR leadership to ensure stakeholder buy-in for the interventions
∎ Co-ordinate with the External Linkages Team to bring on board external training organizations and speakers
∎ Spearhead all BRAC owned interventions.
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 06 years of working experience on Human Resource, Learning and Capacity Building at national and international NGOs or relevant organizations.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
∎ Training module development, training delivery, influencing strategy development.
∎ Strong communication ability to work with different stakeholders
∎ Demonstrated ability in the design and effective use of training materials
