∎ JOB PURPOSE: As the Senior Manager you will lead the Human Resource Division of Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme (HCMP) at Cox`s Bazar overseeing the Recruitment & Selection Process, Compensation & Benefits Management, Payroll Process, Organization Development and other Strategic HR issues. Moreover, you will also play the advocacy role in overall Plan, Policymaking, SOP, Strategy Fabrication and Development of HCMP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth implementation of BRAC HRPP and act on fabrication of HRPP in HCMP context in coordination with HO HR.
∎ Coordinate with support HCMP Management in the formulation or amendment of HCMP Strategies, General Guidelines and Policies
∎ Prepare Work Plan and set objectives of HRD so as to ensure well-defined and smooth functioning of regular and time specific HR tasks.
∎ Ensure Sectors'/ Programme Support Units' Organogram Development, Job Profiling, and other OD Issues.
∎ Ensure effective contribution in Budget Management, especially in Personnel Budget Verification in all projects and tracking programme support staffs' budget as per JRP Budget/ Plan.
∎ Ensure and provide effective guidelines for smooth functioning of HR Operations of HCMP (e.g. Recruitment & Selection, Leave & Attendance Management, Payroll, Employee Relations, Database Management, and Compliance & Grievance Issues) complying with BRAC HRPP.
∎ Monitor implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures (HRPP) and ensure all HR activities are carried-out following compliance issues.
∎ Coach, train and mentor staffs with the aim of strengthening their capacity, exchanging knowledge within the team and providing professional development guidance.
∎ Ensure performance-based culture and change management initiatives in HCMP through appropriate HR solutions.
∎ Ensure capacity building & career management of HCMP HR team members to retain and enhance productivity.
∎ Measure the effectiveness of existing benefits programs and recommend improvements to ensure overall quality of man power of the programmes of HCMP.
∎ Ensure participatory contribution of the team members by sharing thoughts, knowledge, and skills so as to make positive changes in HR processes and procedures to accomplish predetermined goals and objectives.

∎ Have skill on People Management and Stakeholder Relationship Management
∎ Identify HR trends, contemporary HR practices and platforms, media engagement
∎ Have excellent knowledge in OD and Change Management.
∎ Have clear understanding on Donor Compliance Issues related to HR
∎ Clear understanding on Bangladesh Labor Act
∎ Facilitating group meetings, developing work and project plans
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight guidelines
∎ Ability to lead diverse team through VUCA
∎ Have proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
∎ At least 7 years' experience in relevant field is required
