Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
∎ Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
∎ Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environmental issues.
∎ Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be excellent team player and also very sharp, smart, with fair personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead HRP of Workers and Non Management Staffs consulting with Head of Department and follow up as per guideline;
∎ Ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required workers & Non Management Staffs as per approved HRP;
∎ Ensure RRF (Recruitment Request Form) of required management staffs as per approved HRP coordinating with respective department & make sure the placement within deadline coordinating with Corporate Office;
∎ Ensure that workers & NMS Personal File with all related papers are processed, maintained and updated timely;
∎ Follow up employees attendance and leave management as per prescribed manner;
∎ Ensure preparation of Salary, Wages, OT allowance, Incentives, Bonus & others payment sheet and on time disbursement of the same;
∎ Ensure induction program, refresher training and maintain its record & feedback;
∎ Conduct performance appraisal of workers as per guidelines;
∎ Prepare PAF(Performance Appraisal Form) of management staffs as per existing practice coordinating with respective department & make sure on time appraisal coordinating with Corporate Office;
∎ Work on Human Development & increase performance level of employees as per individual performance evaluation;
∎ Follow up training and preparation of training schedule & module as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
∎ Conduct training & maintain its records and analyze the feedback of training;
∎ Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output;
∎ Maintain disciplinary action for breaching any kinds of rules / regulations / policies / guidelines of the factory;
∎ Ensure employee separation procedure (final settlement bill, exit interview & payment) is done as per guidelines;
∎ Conduct various HR programs/assignments as per organization requirement;
∎ Ensure diversity & equality (non-discrimination) in the factory premises & workforce;
∎ Conduct HR developmental/HR R&D related tasks to create a good culture;
∎ Lead, direct, monitor, appraise & train-up subordinates;
∎ Ensure factory is ready for any audit & rectify audit observation and implement accordingly;
∎ Develop policies and procedure as per audit requirement and company requirement.
