Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 34 years
  1. Working experience in HR, Administration & Compliance with large garments industry.
  2. Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law and Buyer COC, electrical audit, fire safety audit & building safety audit, BNBC, NFPA.
  3. Fair knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, Environmental issues.
  4. Strong leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  5. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & non-management staffs as per approved HRP;
  2. Prepare RRF (Recruitment Request Form) for required management staffs as per approval;
  3. HRP coordination with respective department & make sure the placement within deadline;
  4. Ensure report preparation for pay & compensation;
  5. Handle grievances in a prescribed manner and ensure employees motivation to achieve optimum desired output;
  6. Conduct performance appraisal of workers and non-management staffs as per guidelines;
  7. Work on people development & increase performance level of employees;
  8. Prepare PAF (Performance Appraisal Form) of management staffs as per existing practice coordinating with respective department within schedule;
  9. Maintain employee separation procedure (final settlement bill, exit interview & payment) is done as per guidelines;
  10. Prepare monthly HR Functional plan and always pursuing of Betterment;
  11. Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory;
  12. Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, OHSAS Audit, ACCORD Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline;
  13. Ensure good housekeeping and existing firefighting arrangement of the factory according to all legal requirements & perform with the management for necessary remedial action if required;
  14. Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery;
  15. Clear concept on team management and development.
