Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science (CS) from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play the lead technical solution architect role for middleware app development for in-house and vendor delivery.
∎ Active participation in the analysis phase of requirement collection and provide a suitable technical solution for any business requirement.
∎ Design and lead API development and middleware integration.
∎ Act as an integral stakeholder and a key decision-maker in the E2E life cycle of technical analysis and development lead.
∎ Solid experience in application management.
∎ Team management & ensure on time, on budget, quality delivery.
∎ Drive delivery efficiency, improve work culture and engagement.
∎ Coordinate with business teams and BA to ensure proper requirement analysis to achieve business goals.
∎ Excellent understanding of SOAP, REST, WADL, XML, XSD, XQuery, WSDL, Schema Validations, and XSLT.
∎ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities; including Root Cause Analysis and permanent fix.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of solid experience in OSB/Java development and maintenance. Experience in the Financial industry is preferable
∎ Able to drive delivery and remove road blocker.
∎ Proactive risk management and positive thinking.
∎ Proven track record in manage complex and large software development programs and projects. Experience in handling Manage Service Development in the banking domain.
∎ Knowledge of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA)concepts and integration patterns
∎ Strong hands-on experience with creating Service Oriented Architecture/API-based solutions using Java-based technologies and J2EE.
∎ Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management.
∎ Able to work under pressure, problem-solving & team playing attitude.
∎ Ready to work after office hour & on holiday (if necessary)
∎ Can-do attitude, proactive, passionate.
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skill.
