We are looking for a technically excellent ERP Software Development Senior Manager, who is capable of managing complex garments ERP projects and can provide robust solutions in addition to managing, developing and growing the software development team. The successful applicant should have minimum 8 years Development experience and 5 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
5 Years Practical experience in Garments ERP software development and management.
Very good understanding of OOP and Design Patterns & Principles
C#, ASP.NET, MVC
LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL Server
SSRS, RDCL Report
Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
SVN/ Git, JIRA, Agile, IIS
At least 3 years of experience in web application development using ASP.NET MVC.
Analytical skills and advanced arithmetic skills required.
Quality minded approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
Approach work very structured and systematic.
Ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
Candidate must have knowledge about ERP software implementation in largest garments factory.
Must have ability to manage and deliver large and complex ERP development and implement.
Good Knowledge in ERP roles and responsibilities and including team leading.
Must have knowledge on software presentation with concern departments and top management.
Ability to have meeting with concern departments and collect requirements.
Analysis requirements and assign task to team members based on priority.
Perform as counselor and coach for ERP implementation.
Following up users who operate and run the ERP programs for business.
Answering questions and provide guidance to all team members.
Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
Capable to solve any type of trouble shooting issues who use the ERP systems.
