Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Act as a SME/Product Owner to develop, plan, and implement the Procurement and Tender processes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Determine scope of the project, set deadline, assign responsibilities and progress monitor for the ERP system. Evaluate and recommend all changes to current and future ERP system requirements based on organizational needs. Lead the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP. Own deliverables/areas of a procurement Engagement/Project with minimal input - delivering quality outputs, and helping review the work of less experienced members of the Engagement/Project team. Build, maintain and monitor effective procurement plan.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead implementation of different types of processes in ERP
∎ Responsible for providing detailed requirements for respective features under ERP Procurement and Tender module
∎ Lead the UAT of the system before deploying to production
∎ Check data validation before providing to vendor and ensure the accuracy of migrated data before accepting from vendor
∎ Design and develop various type of MIS report
∎ Contributes to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables or other valuable engagement knowledge and ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm
∎ Act as a go to person of Procurement department for any business decision (i.e., requirement, business need, timeline, training, UAT etc.) relevant to ERP
∎ Assist Program Head to monitor the overall project delivery and ensure it is in line with Contract and Agreement with Vendor
∎ Coordinate amongst cross functional team to resolve dispute and prioritize development activities
∎ Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Department and report half yearly status
∎ Prepare Annual Budget for the department and submit monthly variance report
∎ Lead technology driven projects in the department

∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, flexibility and multi-tasking
∎ Project management and data analysis experience
∎ Knowledge on technology based Procurement function
∎ Procurement/spend efficiency experience
∎ Demonstrated ability to manage successful achievement of objectives with high attention to quality
∎ Capable of isolating development needs and delivering the appropriate motivation to keep teams on task
∎ Ability to work independently and function as a subject matter expert to Senior Executives
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience on rolling out ERP specially in Procurement and Supply Chain
