Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science (CS) from a reputed university.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders at all levels to understand their business drivers and work to deliver/promote technical solutions as appropriate.
∎ Assist and ensure to provide best-in-class support services to ensure the prompt resolution of all requests in line with the service/operational level expectations.
∎ Overall responsible for ensuring application management and smooth operations and support (service request, technical support, incident & problem management), system availability following the agreed SLA & KPIs, and management reporting, and managing IT applications including licensing, products, services, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Develop and drive a high-level application management strategy that ensures high-quality support at a fast pace, as well as take a hands-on approach to implement that strategy.
∎ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities; including Root Cause Analysis and permanent fix.
∎ Manage all aspects of the end-to-end Capacity Management & Release management process.
∎ Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
∎ Do periodic planning, proactive Risk & issue management, and cross-project dependencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of solid experience in Enterprise System maintenance. Experience in the financial industry is preferable
∎ Able to drive delivery and remove road blocker.
∎ Proactive risk management and positive thinking.
∎ Proven track record in manage complex and large software development programs and projects. Experience in handling Manage service Development in the banking domain.
∎ Knowledge of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), Integration patterns
∎ Strong hands-on experience with creating Service Oriented Architecture/API-based solutions using Java-based technologies and J2EE.
∎ Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management.
