∎ Knowledge of Microfinance Operation, Product Development, Product Design and Product Management.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Financial Planning and Strategy, Competitive Analysis
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in product development in Microfinance sector/ Non-banking financial sector/ Bank.
∎ Knowledge of Microfinance Operation, Product Development, Product Design and Product Management.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Financial Planning and Strategy, Competitive Analysis

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strategically recognise the financial inclusion gap and prospects and design the savings & segment product for them.
∎ Strategically segment clients & communities and drive client loyalty & strong retention.
∎ Ensure accessible and affordable savings opportunities & segment products and delivery channels for the client beyond the geography, demography & income group.
∎ Track the business and social performance of savings & segment products and evaluate it at regular intervals.
∎ Be attentive to know the industry’s savings & segment product updates & regulatory policy updates.
∎ Maintain regular contact and liaison with the Microfinance operation team and other teams to stay aligned with their approaches to achieve program goals and contribute inside the whole.
∎ Develop the savings and segment product lifecycle framework and follow it for every pilot & live product.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ Design and develop new financial savings & segment products and reengineer the existing one following the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach to ensure low-cost fund flow in the program, retention of premium clients by offering premium product features. Support senior leadership to make rational strategic plans for qualitative growth of the program by addressing diversified financial needs of the discriminated people living in different tiers of the society.
