Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Commerce/ MBA from any recognised university with minimum two first class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. CA (Advanced level)/ ACCA/ CIA will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, assess and analyse skill need/ gap of auditors and accordingly develop required training materials and training planning for audit staff
∎ Facilitate or arrange training sessions on professional and technical issues as required for effective planning, conducting, report writing and communicating internal audit work
∎ Supervise preparation of training report and documentation
∎ Monitor and review the progress of trainees through evaluation and discussion with management
∎ Assist in arranging BRAC Generic training for participants of Internal Audit Department
∎ Communicate with different zone, division and section within the department for successfully completion of annual training plan
∎ Maintain co-ordination with BLD and other department for staff training related matters and regarding update of circular during the year
∎ Develop a high performing culture within the team
∎ Provide knowledge related support to all staff to enable delivery on the work plan
∎ Ensure development of staff through implementing grooming plan
∎ Exchange views and satisfy queries of audit staffs and supervisor for smooth operation of IAD
∎ Assist in preparing Annual Training Plan and implementation of that target
∎ Staff planning and assessment and retention of efficient staffs through motivation
∎ Ensure a good behavioral practice exist in supervisors and auditors both within the environment of IAD
∎ Ensure respective team is highly complied with code of ethics IAD, IIA and IFAC by initiating appropriate response to the issue raised by external stakeholders
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of working experience in Finance/ Audit and Training and Capacity Development Service
∎ Sound knowledge on IFRS, IIA Standards, Country's Laws and Regulations and Risk Management
∎ Have Training Module Development and Presentation skills
∎ Have Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation and People Management skills
