∎ Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Candidates should have ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations, should be willing to work overtime beyond normal office hours’ duty.
∎ Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
∎ Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience with network devices such as Cisco, MikroTik,
∎ Juniper and Fortinet.
∎ Understanding of Wi-Fi routers and access points routing protocols is beneficial.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of Server, Data Analysis, Deep knowledge on Network (LAN & WAN), Router, Switch etc.
∎ Manage the deployment, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organizational IT network systems, including operating systems, servers, PCs, software, ERP, email, and IP phones.
∎ Windows SQL Server, Office 365, excellent knowledge on Excel.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Assist IT Administrator by managing and updating inventory of IT equipment.
∎ Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing diagrams. Knowledge of multiple types of CCTV systems, PABX System, Sound system & Cabling.
∎ Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware.
∎ Receive complaints from various users within a specific time frame and ensure regular maintenance of Hardware, LAN, CCTV, IP phone, attendance device and more
∎ Good knowledge of network protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, HTTP etc.)
∎ Configure AD, Linux OS and ensure daily backup all server.
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a must in MS Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
